Aquila means eagle in Latin — strength, precision and reliability.
Al Furat Group has manufactured vehicle bodies in the UAE since 1999. Aquila is its recovery vehicle line: light, medium and heavy duty car carriers engineered to the same standard the eagle is named for — sharp vision, exact execution, no compromise on the day the work is hardest.
PREMIUM QUALITYMADE IN UAE
Engineered for recovery. Not adapted for it.
Every Aquila carrier is built around six systems — structure, lift, pull, hydraulics, sight and storage. The same engineering standard applies from the 400 to the 1200.
Structural deck
Full steel construction, built to be tough and reliable. Steel or aluminium decks on medium duty, with multiple length and width configurations.
Winch systems
Up to 12,000 lb capacity winches for maximum pulling power on light and medium duty. Heavy duty runs a 20,000 lb worm gear winch for dependability and precision control.
Wheel lift
Low profile and versatile, with various grid options available so one platform covers passenger cars through light commercial recoveries.
Hydraulics & controls
An easy to use, centralised side control panel — dual lighted for night work, so deck and lift are operated from one station without walking the vehicle.
Lighting
Sleek, low profile aerodynamic housings, fully encapsulated and IP68 rated for moisture, vibration and corrosion resistance.
Toolboxes
Custom moulded nylon polypropylene with high resistance to flammability, water and dust ingress — kept dry and serviceable in the field.
Covered where it counts
Stacked coverage across the whole build — hydraulic cover on light and medium duty platforms, four years on structure across the range.

COVERAGE
Built in the Emirates since 1999.
Steel arrives, is cut, formed, welded and finished under one roof — a 400,000 sq ft facility where every Aquila deck is fabricated and assembled.
Fabrication and assembly
FOUR STAGES · ONE FLOORSteel intake and cutting
Plate and section stock is received, graded and cut to the deck programme.
Forming and fabrication
Sub-frames, decks and lift assemblies are formed to configuration.
Welding and assembly
Structure, hydraulics, winch and controls are built up on the chassis.
Finishing and inspection
Coating, lighting, function testing and sign-off before handover.

Recovery requirements are never standard.
Neither are our solutions.
Light, medium and heavy duty platforms — Aquila-400, 800 and 1200 — configured to your deck length, lift capacity and winch specification, and built in our own UAE facility.
